Job Description and Responsibilities:

LotusFlare is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our Belgrade Marketing team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to growing our brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for both B2B and B2C lines of business.

You will be responsible for:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns.
Help manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying trends.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Support the development and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Collect and analyze marketing campaign data and website analytics, and prepare regular reports on marketing performances.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Support budgeting, port-event reports and logistical arrangements such as venue booking, vendor management, material preparation, and attendee registration.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing Managers to develop compelling key messaging for potential candidates.
Assist with SEO and SEM activities to increase visitor traffic and leads from several websites.

Job Requirements:

1-3 year(s) of experience in a marketing role (internship experience is valuable).
Experience in event planning and social media/content management, preferably in the enterprise software, telecommunications, or travel industry.
Experience with full-cycle planning for international events.
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation. (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experience in corporate social media management, SEM, SEO, and marketing content development
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to travel when needed.
