Junior Sales Representative - Nomad eSIM Enterprise

As Nomad continues to expand rapidly across Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East, we are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us drive new business in the B2B sector.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
This is not a typical sales role. Nomad eSIM offers a value-add service to our enterprise partners via a commissionable revenue share agreement. This role is all about identifying, nurturing, and closing deals by speaking the business language of our clients in travel, aviation, fintech, and banking.
- Prospect Research: Research and identify potential mid-market - enterprise clients, focusing on the travel, aviation, fintech, and banking sectors. Understand their needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Outreach and Pipeline Building: Assist in developing outreach plans to engage prospects and build a pipeline. Support senior team members in executing market outreach campaigns.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to assist in closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track interactions, and assist with follow-ups.
- Sales Material Development: Support in developing sales presentations, proposals, and outreach materials.
- Pipeline Management: Assist with managing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Learn and Apply Nomad Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in Nomad’s unique value propositions and communicate them effectively to prospects.
- Sales Methodology Application: Familiarize yourself with and apply sales methodologies to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, with a focus on the "land and expand" approach.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and a strong interest in B2B sales, particularly in travel, aviation, fintech, and banking sectors.
- Some familiarity with "land and expand" sales strategies, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Trained in sales methodologies (such as Meddic, SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler) or similar frameworks.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the business language of target clients.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow within a startup environment.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Comfortable working across global markets, including Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East.
- Previous experience or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
