Event Planner

Job Description and Responsibilities:
LotusFlare is seeking a dynamic Event Planner to join our Belgrade marketing team. In this role, you'll help manage our presence at key industry events, including large, international telecom and travel conferences. You will work on events across our three product lines - DNO™ Cloud, Nomad eSIM and eSIMfx.
You will be responsible to:
- Develop a strategic event plan that aligns with business goals.
- Identify and research new event opportunities to expand LotusFlare's brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute logistical aspects of event participation, including booth design and setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership) to ensure a cohesive and impactful event presence.
- Manage event timelines effectively.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-site event operations for some events and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Secure venues, catering, AV equipment, hotels, and event staffing.
- Oversee event promotions through email campaigns, social media, and PR.
- Manage and organize promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Assist with speaking opportunities, media, and analyst activities at some events.
- Gather feedback and assess event success based on KPIs (attendance, engagement, ROI).
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports and recommendations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and attendees for future events.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the enterprise software, telecommunications, or travel industry.
- Experience with full-cycle planning for international events.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Experience in researching and identifying new business event opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel when needed.
