UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
配合产品经理及工程师团队收集和评估用户需求
Design elegant flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms (web, mobile, and emails)
为跨平台（web，移动，Email）的全球用户提供简洁合理的操作流程和交互设计
Clearly and concisely articulate design principles, prototypes, and presentations to influence senior consumer leaders including CMOs
面对高级消费者领袖以及CMO能够简明扼要的阐述设计原则、原型以及演示文稿
Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
能够及时收集并给予其他设计师和跨学科伙伴相关反馈
Produce prototypes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to articulate functionality and user experience
制作原型、情节串连板、流程图和网站地图，以表达功能和用户体验
Work with the brand and marketing teams to create content
与品牌和营销团队合作创建内容
Work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

Requirements
岗位要求
3-5 years of experience with end-to-end product design
3-5年端到端的产品设计经验
Low-fi and hi-fi prototyping experiences
低保真及高保真原型设计经验
Storytelling to wide audiences, including executives, and build clear, concise presentations
向包括高管在内的广大受众讲述用户故事，制作清晰简洁的演示文稿
An organized, systems thinker who can flex and operate to the needs of different projects, teams, and systems
有系统观和大局观，能够针对不同项目、团队和系统对设计方案进行灵活调整
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
