Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (5+ years) to lead and orchestrate multi-channel marketing initiatives across LotusFlare’s B2B and product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Support day-to-day management of the marketing team, mentor junior members, coordinate design team activities, plan workloads, and contribute to quarterly and yearly OKRs and budgeting.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns, including ideation, messaging, content planning, creative briefs, execution oversight, and performance tracking across digital, paid, email, and social channels.
- SEO, SEM & Website Management: Own SEO strategy, manage paid search and performance marketing activities, optimize landing pages and website UX, oversee content updates, and ensure all web properties meet performance and analytics standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to align campaigns with GTM priorities, support sales enablement materials, contribute to presentations and content needs, and coordinate with global teams across time zones. Contribute to product marketing initiatives, customer storytelling, analyst support, and creation of marketing assets such as case studies, briefs, blog posts, and launch content.
- Social Media & Digital Presence: Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, messaging alignment, and performance analytics, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Event Management: Lead planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics, design briefs, collateral creation, networking activities, and on-site coordination for both internal and external events.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles (digital, brand, campaign, growth, or product marketing).
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and website optimization.
- Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design teams.
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred), GA4, Search Console, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Understanding of SaaS, telecom, or enterprise software industries is preferred.
- In office 3 days per week.
