Office Manager/IT Researcher

LotusFlare is looking for a positive and attentive to the details Office Manager with opportunity for professional and career growth for IT Researcher/Recruiter.

 Requirements:

• Intermediate knowledge of Polish language 
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant role, preferably in an IT company (HR administration, support, office management, or as a personal assistant)
• Strong people skills and willingness to help
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Attention to detail
• Proactive, creative mindset with a focus on suggesting improvements
• Work from the Krakow office, 5 days a week with a flexible schedule (Aleja Pokoju 18 Str.) 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
• Purchase, distribute, and keep inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with organizing corporate events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager or Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with the IT Recruiter, assisting with candidate research in the tech industry.

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience in tech industry
