Job Description and Responsibilities:
LotusFlare is hiring a skilled Digital Media Designer to join the Belgrade marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the visual identity of DNO Cloud and Nomad eSIM. We are looking for a creative thinker who can translate ideas and concepts into captivating digital assets. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on products transforming how people travel and stay connected.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the product vision, benefits, competition, and industry trends.
- Building a repeatable workflow for design ideation, execution, quality control, delivery, and collection of feedback.
- Creating engaging social media visuals to enhance LotusFlare’s and Nomad’s social media presence.
- Designing and editing videos (using live footage and animation) to promote our company and products.
- Designing creative solutions for other uses such as websites, presentations, product graphics, email templates, reports, brand campaigns, branded merchandise, etc.
- Collaborating with other designers on your team, marketing managers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and other internal clients to generate effective design solutions.
- Implementation and annual updates to brand guidelines.
- Measuring the impact of design activities and deliverables, and implementing continuous improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics, including proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Sketch.
- 5+ years of expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Relevant education and/or work experience (please submit your portfolio if you have one).
- Experience working for a B2B or B2C software company.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team with multiple products and business lines.
- Experience with 3D modeling and visual effects (VFX) software.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Background in the communications industry is a plus.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to self-learn new tech (e.g. leveraging AI for design).
- You can clearly articulate your ideas and collaborate effectively with the team.
- You possess a strong understanding of color, composition, and visual communication.
- You can manage your time well and maintain the quality of your work.
