  • Conduct regular meetings to determine progress and address any challenges, issues, or questions regarding assigned projects.
  • Prepare and provide periodic updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, provide data and metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Be a part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences, and develop the PM discipline within LotusFlare to improve processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Work with the latest collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • A solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies is required to understand service interdependencies and technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
  • Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects.
  • Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs.
