Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning & Accounting Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, and experience in handling end-to-end accounting and financial operations
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis for management review
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Setup payments and Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the telecom domain or working in a product-based company
- Exposure to international accounting practices and tools
