Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of platform/feature building, including technical architecture, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Apply new technologies and tools to continuously optimize and enhance platform capabilities and quality, such as cloud-native, big data, and AI. -
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to support customer needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively seek opportunities to use them to improve platform capabilities and business requirements.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Scala, Python, Java, Lua, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and experience developing applications within a microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Experience with at least one database, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
- Experience with at least one data processing framework, such as Kafka, Spark, or RocketMQ.
- Familiarity with good engineering practices, including clean code, CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps.
- Positive, self-driven, and able to take ownership and responsibility for your work.
- A passion for technical excellence, continuous learning, innovation, and optimization.
- Ability to use AI technologies to improve skills and support the business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
