Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to help drive the next stage of DNO Cloud growth in the telecommunications market by prospecting and helping advance deals with enterprise customers. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our sales team, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and supporting high-value opportunities within the enterprise segment, working in close collaboration with the wider sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential enterprise clients, understand the organization structure, identify key stakeholders, and understand their needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Lead Market Outreach: Create and execute outreach plans to actively build a sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Inbound Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, articulate our value proposition, and support the sales process through all stages.
  • Support Sales Closure: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product engineering, and customer success teams to drive successful conversions.
  • Cold Calling & Email Campaigns: Execute effective cold calling and email campaigns emphasizing Nomad’s and DNO Cloud’s value propositions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of DNO Cloud’s features and advantages to communicate its business value clearly.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and LotusFlare’s enterprise market presence.
  • Conduct and Maintain Competitive Intelligence: Support Product Marketing to continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, tracking competitor products, pricing, GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, news, and organizational moves.
  • CRM Administration: Maximize the efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption of the CRM platform (HubSpot) to directly accelerate sales cycles, streamline commercial processes, and enable data-driven business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in enterprise Inside Sales, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • In office 3 days per week.
