Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning & Accounting Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, and experience in handling end-to-end accounting and financial operations

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis for management review
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Setup payments and Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial documentation and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus skills:
  • Experience in the telecom domain or working in a product-based company
  • Exposure to international accounting practices and tools
